Developing optimization models for efficient wood procurement has been our focus since the beginning of the 90´s. For more than 25 years we have worked together with research institutes, universities and forest industry to develop and test prototypes for different planning situations in forest operations. In 2013 Creative Optimization Sweden AB was established to bridge the gap between research and practise. Our solutions for implementation of advanced optimization models in forest operations are simple and easy to use which facilitates the start of optimized planning.
